Thai Cooking’ is a collection of over 100 authentic recipes which have been researched and written by the author during her travels around Thailand. Thailand’s hot and spicy dishes have a unique character of their own which distinguishes them from the cooking of the rest of Asia. Meals are prepared in the traditional way, and sharing food is an essential part of Thai family life. Balance and harmony are important and several different dishes are served simultaneously which then complement each other in colour, flavour and texture.
